As with all old and listed buildings we take great care of the property from start to finish. Including additional maintenance to parts of the building such as timberwork while we have the scaffold up.

  • Full Scaffold erected and fully compliant.
  • Strip roof covering and lead from box gutters.
  •  Felt and batten with TLX Batsafe breathable membrane.
  •  Installation of Fakro conservation window.
  •  Keymer roof tiles
  •  Salvaged original ridge tiles to re bed.
  •  Re furbished all external timber – sanding down and treating with Linseed oil.
