About this Project

Works carried out for this project:

  •  Felt & batten using 38 x 25mm softwood treated battens laid over vapour permeable underlay with 5U eaves protector draped over fascia.
  • Tiling with Traditional, Marston blend, hand made tiles.
  • Crown roof detail with EPDM DuoPly .
  • Flat roof with code 5 Lead.
  • Dorma to front elevation with lead cladding and lead flat roof.
