About this Project

A small side extension lean to with the installation of standard Velux windows.

  • 38 x 25mm softwood treated battens laid over a vapour permeable underlay with 5U eaves protector draped over fascia.
  • Installation of Velux
  • Forticrete V2 sandfaced interlocking roof tiles
  • Sand, cement and gable clips on verge.
  • Lead cover flashing to abutments.
