New Build
This was a new build project, makes a pleasant change sometimes not to have all the stripping out of an old roof first. It doesn’t matter how used to spiders you get, not having to deal with an abundance of old cobwebs is sometimes very nice.

About this Project
Brand new build all we had to do was supply and fix the following.
- 38 x 25mm softwood treated battens, laid over a vapour permeable underlay with 5U eaves protector draped over fascia
- Lay Developer, plain clay tiles.
- Code 4 lead flashing at abutments
- Fix only 3 no. integrated Velux roof windows and flashing kits.
